Contractor inquiries
When you submit a contractor inquiry, we save your name, company, email, phone number, service ZIP, and the contact preferences you select. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your service area, and help you set up your business account. Submitting an inquiry does not create a marketplace account or authorize a payment.
We also record when the request was submitted and which version of the contact disclosure you saw. Limited campaign labels help us understand which ads bring contractors to the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps prevent spam and repeated submissions; it is not used to send messages.
Email and text messages
The recruiting form offers optional email updates about your inquiry, onboarding, and contractor opportunities. Email consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing a listing. New recruiting submissions do not collect SMS consent, and recruiting text messages are currently disabled. Existing contact preferences and opt-outs remain unchanged.
Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop email updates. For existing text-message preferences, STOP and HELP instructions remain applicable. You can also contact team@windowquotes.ai for help. We do not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Providers processing messages on our behalf receive only the information needed to provide that service.

Advertising measurement
With your separate advertising-measurement permission, we save limited campaign and ad labels with your business signup and link them to your purchases to understand which campaigns bring contractors to the marketplace. This account attribution does not include ad click IDs or full browsing URLs. Our recruiting page can also use the Meta Pixel to report a page visit and a successfully saved inquiry. Meta may receive browser and device information and use its own identifiers under its privacy policy. We do not include your form answers, name, email, phone number, or service ZIP in these pixel events.
You can decline measurement and still sign up or purchase. Use Ad privacy to change your browser preference, or account Settings to remove saved campaign attribution. A browser Global Privacy Control signal prevents new advertising measurement and signup attribution. Turning browser measurement off does not remove events already received by Meta or an existing account attribution record; use the account setting to remove that record.
Service providers and account setup
We use hosting and storage services to operate the site and GoHighLevel to organize contractor inquiries and deliver permitted follow-up. If you choose to create a business account, Clerk handles authentication. WindowQuotes stores your business profile, service area, and contractor responsibility acknowledgment and manages listing inventory. Stripe handles payment details when you choose a listing to buy; the recruiting form does not request them.
We limit access to people and providers who need the information to operate these services. We keep inquiry and consent records as needed to manage onboarding, honor contact preferences, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request correction or deletion; records needed to honor an opt-out or other required obligations may need to be retained.
